Burnout to Boundaries is a small, trauma-informed retreat for high-functioning neurodivergent folks ready to rest, reconnect, and reclaim their energy.
We’ll gather Friday to check in, set intentions, and ease into the weekend together. Saturday moves at a gentle, deliberate pace: psychoeducation, process time, and guided exercises interspersed with meals, movement, and downtime to give your nervous system space to settle. No required sharing, no forced ice breakers. You can engage at your comfort level with neurodivergent preferences in mind. Sunday has more time to connect, process, and develop practical implementation strategies before closing with lunch and heading back into the world, refueled and grounded.
Group meals will be family style at the Horseradish Kitchen (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday lunch) and light breakfast options will be provided Saturday and Sunday. Attendees with their own accommodations will be included for meals at the Horseradish Kitchen.
This weekend isn’t about “fixing” anything. It’s about experiencing what safety and boundaries can actually feel like in your body, practicing new ways of being in community, and leaving with tools to maintain rest and reclaim your energy.
